This is not a solo podcast… there are actually two of us here! If we sound like we are the same, it is because we basically are the same. If you’re new here, welcome! We are Shay and C, identical twins and REALTORS in the south eastern Virginia. After over a year of talking, wishing and dreaming about producing a podcast, we are finally making it happen. As busy moms and business owners, we know a few things about how important it is to take care of yourself and your family. As REALTORS, we see homes depreciate in value because homeowners are not willing to maintain and update their home to increase their equity. So, we are here to talk about what we know best, how to gain equity in your home while still investing time to gain fulfillment and joy in your personal life.
